JOB DESCRIPTION

To manage, lead and coach a team of Mortgage Consultants to best reach the new existing customers and to grow the mortgage portfolio in line with the Bank’s revenue and profitability. To develop and implement sales plans to source for new business partners/areas and for acquisition of new mortgage business. To review, recommend & follow-up on mortgage loan applications submitted to CLPU to ensure timely delivery to customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• Possess good credit knowledge and skills.
• Must have good analytical skills and good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent networking particularly with housing developers, lawyers and property agents, and those with potential leads.
• Able to think creatively, results oriented and display consistent performance.
• Able to perform work under pressure in meeting targets set, independent and a good team player.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
• Good Team Player skills.
• Experience in managing a team.
