JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out sales activities to increase sales revenue of basic products.
• Perform sales and marketing for Etiqa, Wealth Management, WM Managed (3rd party) and specific product from Group Retail Financial Services.
• Serve potential Affluent and Potential High Net Worth (HNW) segment with investable asset of RM 250K and below.
• Manage all matters related to Affluent and Potential High Net Worth segments/portfolio assigned to ensure high level of customer service.
• Refer customer in engagement to CSE for fulfilment in the event customer require a loan (mortgage).
• Participate in sales launches and data mining for potential customer and source for new business.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates (degree holders) with strong interest in financial and sales advisor are encourage to apply.
• Diploma and SPM holders with a minimum 2 years in related experience are also encourage to apply.
• A good understanding of the banking, investment and insurance products, mortgage, secured and unsecured lending products.
• Knowledge in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or Retail Banking/Branch Operation.
• Required skill(s) and personalities: Good Sales Traits , Good Convincing Power , Strong relationship-building skills and Team player,  Results-driven, Self-motivated, Pleasant, Energetic, Enthusiastic to build a good career in sales, Highly mobile and possess own transport.
• Excellence oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Banking licensing would be an added advantage i.e: PCE/TBE/CEILI/FIMM/IPPC
