Position:

1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Description:

• To assist the project team in the implementation of projects undertaken by the Company at all stages, from project's inception.
• To provide technical support in term of contract and costing matters for all development/ construction aspects.
• Stay updated on the latest cost in the construction industry.
• Scrutinize variation order costs submitted by the contractor based on market rates.
• Appointment of technical consultants
• Tender/RFP exercise for appointment of contractor
• Tender evaluation

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry especially in QS role.
