1.Making outbound collection call in a professional manner while keeping improving customer relation 2.Secure accounts in the collection system to prevent account flow to next bucket 3.Manage and achieve daily productivity 4.Handle delinquent customer’s queries and complaints in a professional manner 5.Work as an in-house collector
