Vacancy: Account Payable Clerk

Requirements
-Possess at least diploma in Account, Finance or related field.
-Minimum 2 years working experience in a related field.
-Fast learner with good analytical skills.
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
-Good communication skills

Job Description:
1. Creditors/supplier’s account reconciliation.
2. Posting of suppliers’ invoices from MC to Suite8. Ensure 3. correctness of supplier’s invoice (GRN To Invoice must tally).
4. Prepare JV and posting for Monthly Fixed Charges and issue payment (eg. Telekom, AHSB, Jaschin, Rentokil , SESB, Rental & etc)
5. Prepare cheque payment to supplier by referring to AP Aging Report and update cheque tracking report.
6. Posting of Payment voucher when cheque is presented and cleared by bank, need to update cheque tracking report also.
7. Update medical fee report and email to HR department.
8. Filing of suppliers’ invoices and payment vouchers.
9. Answering calls from suppliers with regards to payment status.
10. Ad Hoc jobs as and when required.
