JAWATAN:

1.Lecturer, Audit/Taxation (SEGi College Kuala Lumpur)
Subject Specialization:
Audit
Taxation
Responsibilities:
Review, update and develop lesson plans, scheme of work, lectures/practical, tutorials, assignments, class discussion in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum.
Conduct lectures, tutorials and discussion and any other means to facilitate the learning of students.
Develop new academic programme and provide suggestions, proposals and recommendations that can improve the operations, management and profitability of the School/Faculty and College.
Monitor and report student progress in term of academic performance and attendance.
To be involved in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
Provide academic counselling, pastoral care and mentoring sessions to students.
To be involved in School/Faculty and College activities when required.
To work in collaboration with sales and marketing to achieve targeted student enrolment; including organizing seminars, open days, and programme previews.
Responsible for effective planning, implementation and evaluation of student performance.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
Minimum 10 years of working experience with 5 years of lecturing experience in tertiary education
Have passion in teaching and willing to go the extra mile to provide quality education to students.

2.Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (SEGi College Kuala Lumpur)
Subjects Specialization:

• Multimedia & Graphic Design
• Computing
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Network and Cybersecurity

 Responsibilities:
• To conduct teaching and provide academic support and ensure the programme are delivered in accordance with the prescribed quality standards.
• To develop, review, deliver and update course plan in compliance with syllabus to keep pace with the market development.
• To monitor the student report progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.
• To set the examination papers and maintain quality standards.
• To perform the effective planning, implementation and evaluation of student performance.
• To develop a classroom conducive learning environment for students to assimilate the theory, and practice of pastoral care to the students and help them to achieve their potentials.
• To perform any other academic-related duties and task.


Requirements:
• Possess at least a Master's Degree in related discipline.
• At least 5 years of industry experience with 3 years of lecturing experience in tertiary education or higher education institutions.
• Show passion for teaching and willing to go the extra mile to provide quality education to students.
• Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials.


3.Course Counselor (SEGi College Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
To recruit students for the college and to ensure the student numbers are met as per target set.
To participate and to execute marketing plans and strategies on student recruitment.
To promote programmes/courses offered by the college in various student enrolment activities such as Education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, school events, etc.
Assist in course enquiries by students/parents and provide detail information such as course outline, fees structure and career pathway.
Any other duties on student enrolment activities.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience. Working experience in Education industry is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Aggressive and result-oriented.
Self-starter and able to work independently.
Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

4.Executive, Student Affairs (SEGi College Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
To supervise and serve as advisor to the student council, and to coordinate and conduct yearly elections for student council members.
To conduct briefing and orientation programs for new students.
To organize and coordinate talks and workshops and events for students and to promote for students’ participations.
To liaise with corporate office on publicity and PR for promotional purposes.
To manage representative teams for tournaments such as football, basketball, volleyball, etc.
To encourage students to set-up and participate in clubs and societies
To produce bulletin to foster closer link with students.
To handle students’ enquiries, complaints and counseling.

Requirements:
Degree in Psychology with 1 year’s working experience as registered Counselor.
Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Leadership skills in leading students for activities.
Excellent inter-personal and public relations skills.
Creative, aggressive and out-spoken character.
