JAWATAN:


ACADEMIC ADMIN OFFICER, LECTURER
Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for Lecturers in Accounting, Maths, Chemistry, IT and Diploma in Social Work.  We also have administrative positions in our academic department.

For the admin post, we are looking for individual who have the following attributes:
1.  Attention to Details - Ability to handle and process lots of information, make relevant connection and do the necessary follow-up.
2.  Personal Management - The ability to plan and manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
3. Communication - Pay attention/listen to what others are saying; organize thoughts/info and able to communicate clearly to all parties especially through writing.
4.  Analytical and Problem-Solving - Ability to and use creativity and reasoning to identify and solve problems effectively.
5.  Good in Microsoft office: excel, word, power-point, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update College Management System for academic programmes and has experience is doing Time Table.
• Monitor student attendance and handle follow-up actions for poor attendance.
• Process students’ requests: add drop subjects, forecast results and reference letters.


LECTURERS
Responsibilities:
• Conduct lectures and set Exam questions.
• Review course structures, plan continuous Assessment.
• Carry out basic administrative work.

Requirements:
• Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in the related field of study.
• Able to speak and write fluently in English.
• Preferably 1-2 years of related teaching and/or working experience.
• Have a keen interest to teach and interact with students.
• Possess resourcefulness and able to work as a team.

Working Hours:
• Mondays to Fridays
  (Alternate Saturday for admin staff)
