VACANCY: IT Engineer

Work location: Kolombong

Requirements:

- Preferred Sabahan live near area KK/Kolombong
- Degree in IT or equivalent
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Preferred person who have experiences in CISCO equipments/Windows/Linux/Scada
- CCNA have additional advantage
- Language: English and BM
- Possess own transport
- Easy to communicate and tolerate
- Fast learner and independent
- Able to work on standby

Responsibilities:

- Performed maintenance schedule as per assigned
- To ensure all necessary equipment are maintained properly
- Provides clients with detail information of our systems
- Give 14 days training to clients per year
- Handles client complaints and solve problem to degree possible
- Standby 24 hours shift per week with team
- Manage/prepare all the documentations/paperwork with clients
- Prepare the equipment spare
- Enter sites to do troubleshoot if required
- Any task assigned by lead engineer/supervisor/manager
