Senior Accounts Executive

SALARY: >RM3,500.00 

Position description
The position description prescribes your duties and other requirements of your employment
as a Senior Accounts Executive. It is necessary for you to responsible for performing clerical
and administrative duties in an office setting.
• Ensure all the transaction are compliance with the internal control procedure.
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Prepare budget and financial forecasts statement
• Publish financial statements in time
• Collect, analyse and summarize account information
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.
• Develop periodic reports for management
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
• Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
• Reconcile the input and output tax for quarterly submission of GST with the correct tax code
as required
• Prepare and perform every financial report for management to review
• Prepare the monthly reconciliation such as salary, accrual accounts & etc.
• Ensure all the document are accounted for all the document are in sequence
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment when required
You need to remain flexible and work as a team, and in line with this, you may be asked to
assist in other areas, vary your working times and/or perform other tasks which are consistent with your duties in achieving the company’s goal and objectives

Job Requirements
• At least 3-5 years of working experience and possessed at least Bachelor’s
Degree/Professional Degree in related field
• Good organizers and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Detailed and analytical oriented
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words etc
