Human Resources Officer, NOA
Duty Station: Putrajaya, Malaysia

The United Nations University (UNU) is an international community of scholars, engaged in research, postgraduate teaching, capacity development, and dissemination of knowledge in furtherance of the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations its Peoples and Member States.
Reporting to Chief of Human Resources, the Human Resources Officer is a key member of global UNU‘s Human Resources division.
He/she will be responsible for wide spectrum of HR services and working with different units across the globe.
We are looking for high calibre candidate with proven professional track record, able to work in diverse environment, with ability to challenge the status quo and bring innovative ideas.

Qualifications: BA degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, psychology or another related field.
Experience: at least 7 years, or 5 years if combined with MA degree of relevant experience in human resources preferably in international environment.
Experience in implementation and drafting complex HR processes, experience with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI are considerable assets.
Fluency in English is required. Fluency in other official UN languages is desirable.

This is locally recruited position open to Malaysian candidates only.
