Position: LEGAL EXECUTIVE Location: Johor Bahru Salary: MYR 3,500. - MYR 5,500.

Responsibilities:

Review, prepare and advise on legal matters arising from the operations of the Group and new businesses.
Oversee the conduct of litigation which the Group is involved.
Liaise with external lawyers.
Contribute actively in the development and implementation of legal policies and compliance for the Group.
Advise the management on relevant legal issues ofthe business.
Apply abstract principles of law to the concrete facts of a case.
Protect patents, trademarks and industrial designs.
Collaborating with the management to devise efficient defence strategies.
Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.

Requirement:

Strong drafting skills in legal papers, contracts, agreement and other legal documents as needed and also have a good analytical and oral presentation skills.
Familiar with laws and regulations governing contracts and commercial transactions.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor in Law(l.LB) or equivalent and has been admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya or equivalent.
Required languagels): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 3 yearls) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent command in English. Multi-lingual abilities are an added advantage.
Mandarin speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
