Job Specifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline or minimum 1 years working experience. Fresh graduate will be considered.
Good written and communication skill in Malay and English.

Able to work independently, good team player and organizational.

Jobs Description
Able to learn new skills and knowledge and be able to grasp engineering fundamentals in a period of 6-12 months.

Technical interface with customers and vendors.
Participate in and support internal training/ learning activities and knowledge transfer
Review manufacturing processes / workflow and execute continuous improvement to sustain departmental KPls
Participate in review of non-conforming products and conduct failure analysis to identify root cause
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Continuously updating FMEA through lesson learns.

Customer Service Officer

Job Specifications:
Must possess at least a Degree or equivalent discipline. Minimum 1 years working experience. Fresh graduate will be considered.
Good written & communication skills in Malay & English.
Computer literate.
Able to work independently, dynamic, productive result oriented and proactive.
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills are required.

Jobs Description
Monitor and report monthly delivery performance and sales.
Direct and drive as appropriate, customer queries to appropriate functions to endure proper follow up and closure.
Analyze and publish monthly or quarterly forecast to supply chain team for material
or capacity planning purpose.
Drive shipments through release of order in ERO system and publish delivery
schedule: provide shipment pre-alert to customer as needed.
Work with Finance and Planning team to manage account receivables and inventory control.
Collaborate with Account and Business Development team to address and resolve customer issues such as customer quotation, price and etc.
