1. Captain – banquet:
Responsibilities:
- Master the event order in all aspect of banquets request is being delivered according to guests requests.
- Coordinates with guests on their function need and handles guests’ complaints professionally.
- Takes over the responsibility of being in charge of floor or functions in absence of a supervisor.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in supervising banquet operations and management.

2. Banquet Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests warmly and courteously, attends to all guest needs and queries, and provides secretarial services for guests.
- To handle complaints promptly and follow up thoroughly on action taken.
- Co-ordinates the reservations of meeting rooms.
- To assist the Banquet Operations Manager in preparing monthly duty roster, payroll and other related banquet matters on administration.
