PHARMACIST Needed @ Amber Pharmacy

Job Description
- Plan, coordinate and ensure efficient compounding processes
- Review, interpret prescriptions, manage medication processing, and ensure safe and timely dispensing
- Organize and direct pharmacy technicians workflow, verifying preparations and labelling, order entries, charges and inspections
- Manage and mentor pharmacy technicians in professional development and job functions
- Facilitate pharmacy staffing and ensure staff/technicians receive appropriate training
- Develop and ensure regulatory compliance with company policies, regulations and practices
- Ensure efficiency in meeting customer product and service standards
- Manage retail pharmacy
- Strong work ethic and timely follow-up with delegated duties from the Managing Pharmacist

Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy
- Active Pharmacist license in Malaysia
- At least 2 years experience in hospital/retail pharmacy/manufacturing environments preferred (fresh graduates also welcome)
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment and shift work where necessary
- Ability to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Working knowledge of key software tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills in handling multiple priorities and meeting business objectives
- Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Highly reliable and resourceful.
