Positions:

1. ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER, MARKET OPERATIONS DIVISION

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in public administration/ office management/ business management or equivalent that is recognized by the government of institutions of higher education or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto;
• Have minimum 2 years of working experience as an office management;
• Have experience in the filing system and administrative works;
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
• Have knowledge in computer and Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook);

Potential candidates must possess the following:

• Presentable and confident;
• Possess good attitude, communication skills and rapport with public;
• Excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline;
• Meticulous in work, with strong attention to details;
• Accountable, responsible and hardworking;
• Ability to work under pressure and with all levels of society;
• Able to work independently and proactive in carrying out the day-to-day duties;
• Willing to learn and capable of executing any assignment given;
• Healthy and good track record in daily working attendance;
• Have a strong sense of urgency; and
• Able to work sometime beyond office hours.
